Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are only accepted while the courier is still at your doorstep.
• Returns are only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect or a wrong/damaged item received.

To request a return, please contact us via Instagram at @koalakidseg.

• In case a defect or issue is confirmed, it may take 2–5 business days to review and process your request.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be completed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Important Notes
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
